Outbound Flight

So I've seen this novel in Barnes and Noble for a few weeks now, on the Bestselling Fiction rack, and I think whatever, New Jedi Order. No! It's all pre AotCish. So, despite the fact that I've just bought 3 overpriced a la BN cds, I picked up the book and am reading it now. So I get the glowing red eyes guy on the back cover is Thrawn from the Thrawn trilogy, unfortunately I haven't read those books. I haven't read much of this one yet either, but I am put in mind of Serenity.

Women's free skate last night was completely lovely. Sasha Cohen's performance made me tear up a little, and not because she fell.
