Hmmm, how visible would you like it to be? And how big is it? All those places sound good (except, maybe not your bicep. I have an image burned into my mind of 80-year-old ladies with roses inelegantly swooshing on their biceps.) Also, I thoroughly approve of your tatoo subject!
It has to be able to be covered up (for med school). So, yeah, I probably won't get it on my bicep. My roommate thinks I should get it fairly large on my back, so that the curve of her body follow the curve of my waist. I think that sounds interesting, though it would take a looong time to complete.
